Hal N. Kravitz is a Managing Director of IBC and the current CEO of AQUAhydrate.  Over a 30 year career, he has been an officer and leader within the Coca-Cola Company system in almost every aspect, including general management, strategy and planning, operations, sales, marketing, business development, and revenue management. In his most recent position, he served a dual role as Senior VP, Franchise and Commercial Operations for the glaceau division and Director of Customer Governance in Coca-Cola North America’s Franchise Relations Group. There, he worked with Coca-Cola Refreshments and the 69 independent Coca-Cola Bottlers on system alignment as it relates to customer management and go- to- market strategy. In 2009, he became Senior VP, Franchise and Commercial Operations for the glaceau division. Prior to these positions, in 2008, Mr. Kravitz became President of Coca-Cola North America’s original Glaceau division and led its integration into Coca-Cola. In 2005, he was elected an officer of Coca-Cola Enterprises and named Vice President, Business Development and Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for revenue growth, strategic planning, pricing strategy, channel and marketing operations and beverage category management.

In 2001, Mr. Kravitz joined Coca-Cola Enterprises and was named Vice President and General Manager, Southeast Region, managing 5 operating divisions with 12,000 employees and 80 facilities. Prior to joining Coca-Cola Enterprises in 2001, at Coca-Cola North America, he became Vice President, CCE Field Sales and Marketing in 1999. In 1997, he was named Assistant Vice President, Channel Business Development. In 1995, Mr. Kravitz was named Managing Director, Coca-Cola USA Field Sales and Marketing, Central Group in Dallas.

Mr. Kravitz is a graduate of the University of Georgia and has a BBA degree in accounting.
