Scott Weiermiller is a Managing Partner of IBC with 29 years of experience leading world-class business teams at Coca-Cola North America, Coca-Cola Enterprises and Proctor & Gamble. As a Vice President of Sales, he has developed strategic businesses that have captured unparalleled revenue, profit and share growth with the largest customers in North America. His expertise lies in commercializing package innovations and brand introductions while leveraging the capabilities of multi-functional business teams. He is an award-winning leader that specializes in strategic customer/brand/consumer/shopper planning, partnership development and negotiation and the creation of operational tools that lead to best in class execution.

Scott has led the planning and negotiation of new customer relationship with Dollar General that broke a decades-long competitive exclusivity stronghold. He has integrated and transformed brand acquisitions into the Coca-Cola network by his leadership, vision, creativity and resourcefulness. Among them are Fuze, SmartWater, NOS and VitaminWater brands into the Coca-Cola North portfolio. Additionally, he transformed packaging for the Club Channel in the early 2000s creating the foundation for the Coca-Coca Cola business that endures in 2018. His channel expertise includes Value Discount, Grocery, Retail Mass, Club/Warehouse and Convenience Retail.

At IBC, Scott will initially focus on client development and acquisition. He will have a focus on Western US and Pacific areas.

Scott is a graduate of Gettysburg College with a bachelors degree in English and Political Science. He lives in Atlanta, Georgia is an active leader in his church and enjoys the thrill of watching his son play baseball at Stanford University.
