Christine Mackin is a Managing Partner of IBC with a highly diverse background in direct and indirect sales leadership, new business development, and strategic marketing in the food, beverage, and beauty consumer goods category. Christine has a highly successful track record of developing and leading top-performing sales teams and with Coca-Cola Enterprises, Nestle, and Revlon North America. She has a proven aptitude for growing iconic brands and driving sales strategy.

As Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Coca-Cola Enterprises (“CCE”), Ms. Mackin successfully led the Midwest Division and secured multi-year customer agreements of product placement and annual promotional calendars delivering volume and profit share growth in a highly competitive category and delivery system. Her leadership and strategic customer execution successfully reversed competitive share dominance within the Midwest Division convenience store channel during her tenure.

Christine developed and led the strategic planning, sales, and execution of CCE’s proprietary brand Mendota still water, an extension to the Mendota Sparkling brand. Other notable events during her tenure at Coca-Cola Enterprises were her contributions developing and leading the collaboration of the Midwest Division’s marketing and promotional initiatives with the MN Twins, MN Vikings, and MN Wild. At Cargill, Christine served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing where she led the successful start-up of the Cargill Kitchens brand; Cargill’s first branded retail product expanding into a fresh and frozen private label meal business for grocery retailers and food service operators

Christine is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas, Saint Paul, MN with a bachelor’s degree in International Business and German. She lives in Vero Beach, Florida and an active mentor for Florida Institute of Technology’s program, WeVenture. She is passionate about health and fitness and enjoys hiking, cycling, and travel.
