Remco Brok

Remco Brok is a global entrepreneur at heart who has lived and operated on five continents with deep global customer, commercial, and operating experience; with an immersive cultural curiosity, knowledge & understanding, multilingual in six languages; and a proven ability to:

  • Lead organizations in the creation of a unifying vision.
  • Build teams to bridge cultural, corporate, supplier, and customer priorities through discovery, collaboration, and driving accountability.
  • Seamlessly engage at the board and C-suite level

Remco joined IBC a partner in August 2020 after leading the international business development, customer marketing, customer analytics, direct to consumer and sales functions at Sentia Wellness, a leading CBD start-up, as Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to joining Sentia Wellness, Remco spent 28+ years at the Coca-Cola Company, where most recently he served as Vice President Global Business Development. He is a Dutch national, speaks six languages and has lived in the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, South Africa, Germany, Brazil, Thailand, and the US.

At the Coca-Cola Company, Remco led the development of the global customer vision & strategy covering 21% of the Coca-Cola System Net Sales Revenues. He was a driving force in inspiring, challenging, and aligning the Coca-Cola System to accelerate transformational growth with international customers and the creation of the first Global Customer Governance Board. He first joined the global growth organization as Vice President Customer & Commercial Leadership responsible for settling the customer & commercial strategy across Latin America.

Prior to this, he led the 3G/RBI (Burger King and Tim Hortons) partnership across Latin America, Canada and spearheaded the European launch of the Coca-Cola Freestyle platform in partnership with Burger King. Earlier in his career, he redesigned the customer organization in Brazil to lead the top 40+ retail, foodservice & hospitality partners, based in Rio de Janerio.He also spent six years leading the 7-Eleven partnership and the (re)launch of the fountain and frozen beverage categories in Asia & the Pacific based in Bangkok. He started his career in North America where he held numerous roles of increasing responsibility in the Foodservice organization.

He is an active member of the Latin America NACS Board and the Global Supply Chain Summit.

He is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and their two children.
