John Carson is Chairman of the Board, Managing Partner & Co-Founder of IBC. He is former Chairman, CEO and President of several leading beverage operations. These include public companies like Cadbury Schweppes North America, Triarc Beverages (Snapple and Royal Crown Cola), and private equity-backed firms such as Tampico Beverages. Leading domestic businesses, he was fully involved in global expansion. This required keen involvement in new product development as well as mergers and acquisitions.

John works across a broad range of businesses. Many are early stage. In most, he is an active Board Member, while also working closely with company management to develop and implement practical strategic plans.

He is a Director of Head County, a leading BBQ Sauce; ImageWorks Display, a major point of purchase display firm; Sunshine Beverages, a fast growth, ‘better for you’ energy drink; HyVida, a patented hydrogen antioxidant product range; Canovation, CanReseal technology that advances sustainability and Poppits, small pods of toothpaste that are eco-friendly.
