Andrew Mansinne is a Partner of IBC and a C-suite executive with extensive success in the domestic and international consumer product arenas. Andrew specializes in restoring growth to branded businesses by delivering strong results through rigorous strategic planning, disciplined execution, and aggressive margin management.
Andrew’s 25-year career spans many countries and product categories; however, Andrew’s passion and focus over the past 20 years has been beverages, with an emphasis on wines and craft spirits. Andy was recruited to be President of Aveniu Brands (2010-2014) and led the turnaround of this company. This was accomplished by refocusing the company’s portfolio on the most profitable and highest potential brands, and building a unique, craft spirit portfolio to help bolster image and margins, as well as developing first-in-class technology applications for the sales force.
Earlier in his career, Andy was an SVP at Brown-Forman with a focus on wine. In this role, Andy worked throughout the global organization to drive profitable growth of the company’s branded businesses. Under his leadership, he drove growth in all the brands in its wine portfolio, in profit and volume. He was instrumental in restoring growth to Bolla, Fetzer, and Korbel, which were the largest margin providers to Brown-Forman’s Wine Company. In addition, he led the turnaround of a struggling and unprofitable international sales group and led the reorganization, merger and change management of Brown-Forman’s wine and spirit groups.
Andrew’s educational credentials include a BA with Distinction from the University of Virginia, and an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Graduate School of Business (now Ross). Additionally, Andrew completed a corporate-sponsored executive program, the Darden Partnership, at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
